小扁豆炖羊肉,南瓜葱

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 300 gr boneless braising lamb,trimmed of excess fat and cut in 3 cm chunks (i.e.肩部,颈圆角,etc.)
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes,grated
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1茶匙小茴香
  • 1茶匙盐或更多
