I just came back from Marrakech where I had the best time!I was there as a guest chef to launch马拉喀什盐's autumn menu.How cool is that??

成分

  • 200克红洋葱,sliced
  • 300克西红柿,干涸粗剁的
  • 250个GR图,stalks removed and roughly chopped
  • 140 gr dates,有凹坑、切得很细的
  • 70毫升苹果醋
  • 2 teaspoonsharissa或者更多
  • 1 ½ teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1茶匙盐
  • 大掐藏红花

Method

将所有原料放入深锅中,在中低火下搅拌均匀。Simmer for 40 minutes until all the liquids have evaporated.放入一个干净的罐子里,待凉后再放入冰箱。Enjoy with your favourite cheeses or as a spread in a sandiwch.
