INGREDIENTS

Serves 3 to 4

  • 500 gr grilling steak such as fillet or sirloin cut in 3 cm (2 inch) pieces

烤番茄青椒沙拉

INGREDIENTS

Serves 3 to 4

  • 400 gr ripe tomatoes(3 medium sized tomatoes)

  • 450 gr sweet green peppers such as bell,帕德龙或皮奎罗

  • 1份青辣椒(可选,只要你想加点热就行)

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2茶匙盐或更多

• Preheat your grill or chargrill pan to high.
